El proyecto del nuevo estadio de San Siro ha naufragado, entre dilaciones burocr\u00e1ticas, la necesidad de la confrontaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y las incertidumbres de los dos clubes que no est\u00e1n dispuestos a gastar millones m\u00e1s en nuevos estudios de viabilidad sin garant\u00edas.
