Seg\u00fan el Registro de la Propiedad y la Oficina Central de Estad\u00edsticas (CBS), los precios cayeron un 2,3 por ciento en comparaci\u00f3n con noviembre, la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s fuerte en diez a\u00f1os.  Los precios se han estado debilitando durante cinco meses seguidos.
