No est\u00e1 claro para qui\u00e9n hicieron esto.  Los poderes no fueron utilizados.  El reclutamiento tuvo lugar justo antes de las elecciones al consejo de 2022.  Cuatro personas sin hogar entregaron sus tarjetas electorales con poder notarial a un intermediario, quien las vendi\u00f3 a 10 euros cada una.  El intermediario y un comprador son procesados.  El Ministerio P\u00fablico no tiene pruebas suficientes contra un segundo sospechoso en la compra.  Las cuatro personas sin hogar no ser\u00e1n procesadas.  La justicia cree que su participaci\u00f3n en el caso es demasiado peque\u00f1a.
