As\u00ed lo decidi\u00f3 la Sala de Acusaci\u00f3n (KI) de Gante el jueves.  Moens fue declarado en libertad por la sala del consejo, pero las partes civiles y el fiscal apelaron contra esa decisi\u00f3n.
