La ley aprobada el jueves por la noche establece principalmente obligaciones adicionales para los empleadores.  Tienen que decidir dentro de cuatro semanas si los empleados quieren tomarse un tiempo libre para cuidar a un familiar.  La protecci\u00f3n contra el despido se introducir\u00e1 durante el per\u00edodo de liberaci\u00f3n.
