En 2016, la Inspecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n investig\u00f3 a la empresa, cuando Tuinland &#8220;tom\u00f3 medidas&#8221;. La directora intimida y humilla a los empleados.  Tambi\u00e9n dec\u00eda regularmente que le gustar\u00eda &#8216;tirar de la cabeza a un empleado&#8217;.  RTV Drenthe habl\u00f3 con diecisiete empleados de todas las partes del centro de jardiner\u00eda. Estos son informes sobre &#8216;carga de trabajo psicosocial&#8217;.  La semana pasada, la inspecci\u00f3n consider\u00f3 iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n.
