Porque la excesiva presencia de comerciantes ambulantes, especialmente dentro de los circuitos de velocidad, atenta contra la seguridad del tr\u00e1nsito peatonal.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso se limit\u00f3 el n\u00famero de puntos de venta de comida y bebida en el libro de seguridad.
