Ella afirma que \u00e9l &#8216;intimida&#8217; a su reportero al exigirle doscientos mil.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry__thumb\">\n <span class=\"entry__thumb-description\">\u00a9 Instagram<\/span> <\/div>\n<p>Es el a\u00f1o m\u00e1s negro en la carrera de Danny de Munk.  Todo comenz\u00f3 en abril, cuando Yvonne Coldeweijer fue bastante impactante. <em>jugo<\/em> extendido sobre \u00e9l.  Unos meses despu\u00e9s, una mujer decidi\u00f3 denunciar la violaci\u00f3n contra el cantante folkl\u00f3rico.  Eso fue revelado por John van den Heuvel en De Telegraaf.<\/p>\n<h2>danny combativo<\/h2>\n<p>A finales de junio, dos semanas despu\u00e9s de perder un importante trabajo en RTL, Danny opt\u00f3 por contar su historia llorando en RTL Boulevard.  Lo niega todo, pero claro que el da\u00f1o ya est\u00e1 hecho.  Y como este caso se retrasa, Danny ahora est\u00e1 considerando una demanda civil.<\/p>\n<p>Por esa raz\u00f3n, Danny estuvo en la corte esta semana solicitando escuchar a la mujer que lo acusa a \u00e9l y a s\u00ed mismo en p\u00fablico.  \u201cEso es en el contexto de obtener m\u00e1s pruebas para cualquier proceso civil\u201d, explica su abogado Royce de Vries a De Telegraaf.<\/p>\n<h2>Etapa preliminar<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve un procedimiento civil de este tipo?  \u201cEse es un procedimiento en el que mi cliente presenta una demanda judicial contra otra parte.  Pero solo quiero dejarlo claro: todav\u00eda no hay un procedimiento civil.  Esta es en realidad la etapa preliminar para recopilar evidencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El reportero afirma haber sido violado por Danny hace quince a\u00f1os.  &#8220;Ha sido reportado.  El hecho de que mi cliente est\u00e9 siendo acusado de violaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha aparecido en los medios.  Esto ha tenido un gran impacto en mi cliente.  Mi cliente dice: &#8216;Esas acusaciones son manifiestamente falsas&#8217;\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>danny emocional<\/h2>\n<p>Danny estaba muy emocionado en la corte.  \u201cLa atenci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica negativa unilateral que se me ha dirigido desde el art\u00edculo en De Telegraaf es un ataque a mi familia y mi carrera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El reportero est\u00e1 aliado con Yvonne, piensa la cantante.  &#8220;27 de mayo;  Ese fue el d\u00eda del informe.  \u00bfC\u00f3mo sabe Yvonne Coldeweijer que la se\u00f1ora ha hecho el informe?  Mantuve un registro de todo, por lo que todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en contacto con un canal de jugos hasta el d\u00eda de hoy\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>yvonne rectifica<\/h2>\n<p>Yvonne llam\u00f3 en su canal esta semana que Danny le exigir\u00eda dos toneladas al declarante.  Ella corrige eso ahora.  &#8220;El jueves pasado publiqu\u00e9 que Danny de Munk quiere exigir doscientos mil a la presunta v\u00edctima y lo llam\u00e9 &#8216;pura intimidaci\u00f3n'&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Eso fue un poco prematuro, dice Yvonne.  \u201cPor el momento no se trata de una compensaci\u00f3n de dos toneladas.  El abogado solo habla de un &#8216;posible reclamo&#8217;.
