Se dice que el actor lo llev\u00f3 a su apartamento y lo arroj\u00f3 sobre su cama.  \u201cFue muy repentino\u201d, dijo Rapp en su testimonio.  &#8220;Estaba confundido.  Sent\u00ed todo su peso presionando contra mi pecho.  Mis brazos estaban atrapados\u201d.  Eventualmente logr\u00f3 escapar al ba\u00f1o y luego salir de la casa.  &#8220;No s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 hice para que se subiera encima de m\u00ed y presionara su entrepierna contra m\u00ed&#8221;, dijo Rapp.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Rapp, que ahora tiene 50 a\u00f1os, present\u00f3 una demanda civil contra Spacey y exige 40 millones de d\u00f3lares en da\u00f1os, entre otras cosas, por infligir sufrimiento emocional.  En 2017, fue el primero de una serie de hombres en acusar al actor de conducta sexual inapropiada.
