UU. est\u00e1 tratando de criminalizar una disputa sobre la gesti\u00f3n de documentos\u201d, escriben los abogados en su moci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">A fines de septiembre, el Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos logr\u00f3 una importante victoria en los tribunales.  El tribunal federal dictamin\u00f3 que los investigadores pod\u00edan seguir utilizando algunos de los documentos incautados para su trabajo.  Eso anul\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de un tribunal de Florida.  Hab\u00eda prohibido a los investigadores utilizar los documentos clasificados mientras el \u00e1rbitro independiente (maestro especial), Raymond Dreerie, estuviera manejando los documentos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">A principios de agosto, la Oficina Federal de Investigaciones (FBI) registr\u00f3 la propiedad Mar-a-Lago de Trump en Florida.  El FBI confisc\u00f3 varios documentos clasificados, algunos con el m\u00e1s alto nivel de confidencialidad.
