Llegamos al tema de la meditaci\u00f3n.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Actualmente est\u00e1 probando el sistema del gur\u00fa de los Beatles.  De hecho, ahora estaba m\u00e1s relajada, dijo, mucho m\u00e1s pac\u00edfica tambi\u00e9n. <\/p>\n<p>Nunca quise hacer nada con la meditaci\u00f3n, es demasiado aburrido para m\u00ed.  Cuando tengo ganas de paz y tranquilidad, me levanto muy temprano y tomo el S-Bahn.  Me bajo en Wilhelmsruh y camino una estaci\u00f3n a lo largo de Wall Trail en la direcci\u00f3n del viaje. Porque 20 minutos despu\u00e9s, cuando llegas a la estaci\u00f3n de tren de Sch\u00f6nholz, te sientes realmente relajado.  Puedes probarlo, o puedes probar, como mi amigo, con el m\u00e9todo trascendental del yogui de los Beatles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hablando de los Beatles.  Todo lo que necesitas es amor y estar siempre en paz.
