(58) est\u00e1 acusado de fraude de banda comercial e infidelidad.\n                <\/p>\n<p>Entre enero de 2009 y febrero de 2013 fue responsable de log\u00edstica del grupo editorial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se dice que el da\u00f1o en juego en el proceso es de casi 6,5 millones de euros.  Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, instal\u00f3 un sistema de fraude con socios comerciales para enriquecerse.  Se dice que hubo facturas falsas por servicios de transporte y log\u00edstica inventados.  Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, el dinero iba directamente al gerente oa empresas controladas por \u00e9l.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuatro socios comerciales est\u00e1n sentados en el banquillo.  La auditor\u00eda interna de Springer investig\u00f3 el caso.  Las investigaciones penales comenzaron en 2014.  El gerente ha sido despedido.  Marzo de 2020 la acusaci\u00f3n estaba lista.<\/p>\n<p>La acusaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 le\u00edda el jueves.  Despu\u00e9s de eso, el exgerente quiere declarar exhaustivamente.  Podr\u00eda tomar horas, dijeron.  Hoy vive en Hartz IV, dijo al comienzo del juicio.
