El Consejo de Ministros del Reino ha decidido nominarlo para su nombramiento a propuesta del Ministro de Justicia y Seguridad Ye\u015filg\u00f6z-Zegerius.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>A partir del 1 de octubre de 2022, Kupers comenzar\u00e1 como director de la oficina del fiscal en Bonaire, San Eustaquio y Saba (BES).  Actualmente es fiscal de inteligencia criminal y testigos especiales en la fiscal\u00eda del distrito de Brabante Oriental.
