Paul Kotrba fue nombrado nuevo miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n por un per\u00edodo de seis meses a partir de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>El fabricante de calceter\u00eda de Bregenz, Austria, anunci\u00f3 el martes que el consejo de supervisi\u00f3n tiene la intenci\u00f3n de llevar a cabo el proceso de designaci\u00f3n de un nuevo miembro del consejo dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses.  Como director de operaciones, Kotrba supervisa la cadena de suministro y la producci\u00f3n, los aspectos legales y de cumplimiento, las relaciones con los inversores, TI y digital, y PMO.<\/p>\n<p>El hombre de 49 a\u00f1os asume la mayor parte de las responsabilidades de su predecesor Andrew Thorndike, quien dej\u00f3 la empresa a fines de julio.  Thorndike hab\u00eda administrado la empresa con la directora comercial Silvia Azzali desde noviembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de agosto, Azzali tambi\u00e9n asumir\u00e1 las \u00e1reas de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo y sustentabilidad, finanzas y recursos humanos.
