Lo que tan bien describe \u00d6zcan Akyol, lo vengo diciendo desde hace a\u00f1os.  Una de las causas de la escasez es que antes pod\u00edas empezar a trabajar a los 15 a\u00f1os.  Si no te apetec\u00eda seguir aprendiendo, te metiste en construcci\u00f3n, ingenier\u00eda y cuidados y all\u00ed continuaste aprendiendo la profesi\u00f3n.  De esa forma pod\u00edas ascender, y ten\u00edas la opci\u00f3n.  Los j\u00f3venes ahora obtienen su diploma de MBO y pueden ganar mucho m\u00e1s si tambi\u00e9n hacen HBO.  Por eso hay que aumentar el salario del estudiante MBO.
