El centrocampista de 34 a\u00f1os, con el equipo Orange activo en la Copa del Mundo de 2014, proviene de OFI Creta.  Ha firmado un contrato por una temporada con opci\u00f3n a un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s. <\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  De Guzm\u00e1n jug\u00f3 anteriormente para Villarreal, Swansea City, Napoli y Eintracht Frankfurt, entre otros.  Gerard Nijkamp, \u200b\u200bdirector t\u00e9cnico del Sparta, dice que el centrocampista canadiense-holand\u00e9s &#8220;inmediatamente agrega un poco de experiencia&#8221; al equipo.  \u201cAdem\u00e1s de su experiencia, todos conocemos las cualidades de Jonathan, tanto jugando con el bal\u00f3n como controlando en el centro del campo, lo que dar\u00e1 un impulso\u201d. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Seg\u00fan Nijkamp, \u200b\u200btras este traspaso, la selecci\u00f3n del n\u00famero 14 de la temporada pasada estar\u00e1 completa, &#8220;salvo un posible golpe de suerte&#8221;.
