Se acerca septiembre, el mes indicado por RedBird para la adquisici\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de las acciones de Mil\u00e1n, y el trabajo para completar la transferencia de propiedad entre el fondo Elliott y RedBird contin\u00faa sin descanso. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"is-h5 is-inline is-uppercase\">APELACI\u00d3N A LA LLEGADA<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211;  <\/p>\n<p>Y mientras tanto, el Sr. Li ha obtenido la incautaci\u00f3n de los 364 millones, a la espera de que Elliott apele.  Yonghong Li se hab\u00eda movido hace unos meses con una demanda de indemnizaci\u00f3n en la Corte de Luxemburgo, contra las sociedades holding controladas por el fondo estadounidense.
