Desde entonces, sin embargo, apenas se han dado pasos para obtener este reconocimiento de la UNESCO.  Bernard Lef\u00e8vre, presidente de la organizaci\u00f3n profesional de propietarios de cafeter\u00edas Navefri, no ve que esto cambie de inmediato.
