Cerca de CVO Miras ve a un joven que cae abruptamente hacia atr\u00e1s.  &#8220;Sus amigos reaccionan con p\u00e1nico y el polic\u00eda le ofrece ayuda al ni\u00f1o&#8221;, dice Thomas Detavernier de PZ VLAS.<\/p>\n<h2>sin latidos<\/h2>\n<p>Estaba claro que la situaci\u00f3n era grave.  &#8220;Nuestro oficial ya no puede detectar un latido del coraz\u00f3n e inmediatamente comienza la RCP.
