A partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o escolar, los diecinueve municipios de Vlaamse Rand y el municipio de Halle podr\u00e1n dar prioridad a los ni\u00f1os de su propio municipio en 136 escuelas primarias.  En 35 escuelas secundarias, el 70 por ciento de las plazas disponibles se reservar\u00e1n para alumnos que en el pasado siempre optaron por la educaci\u00f3n en neerland\u00e9s.
