El edificio sirve de refugio desde esta primavera.  El municipio y el due\u00f1o de la propiedad llegaron a acuerdos sobre esto la semana pasada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"91f7334c-b87a-478b-ae18-58619946ab4f\" data-v-168416bd=\"\">\n<p>A principios de marzo, Emmen recibi\u00f3 una solicitud de la Regi\u00f3n de Seguridad de Drenthe (VRD) para organizar aproximadamente 300 lugares de recepci\u00f3n en dos semanas.  En poco tiempo, el municipio pudo llegar a un acuerdo verbal con el propietario de Vlinderveld BV.  Ahora se ha firmado un contrato de arrendamiento que ofrece espacio hasta fin de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"78eb1cf5-87da-4256-989a-01f0cebc61dc\" data-v-168416bd=\"\">\n<p>El due\u00f1o de la propiedad compr\u00f3 la propiedad al desarrollador Peter van Dijk el a\u00f1o pasado.
