El rey expres\u00f3 su m\u00e1s profundo pesar por las fechor\u00edas del per\u00edodo colonial. Habl\u00f3 de discriminaci\u00f3n y racismo. No ha habido disculpas por el momento, pero eso no les importa en Ostende. Dominique Lubaki sali\u00f3 de su pa\u00eds hace 30 a\u00f1os como refugiado pol\u00edtico y ayer escuch\u00f3 atentamente. <\/p>\n

“Disculpas o arrepentimientos, eso sigue igual. Lo que cuenta para m\u00ed es la realizaci\u00f3n de las promesas. Lo que deber\u00eda suceder en el futuro entre el Congo y B\u00e9lgica, una linda colaboraci\u00f3n honesta. Un ganar-ganar entre el Congo y B\u00e9lgica”, suena.<\/p>\n
