Es el 22\u00b0 t\u00edtulo de Grand Slam de Nadal, un r\u00e9cord en el tenis masculino.  Le siguen sus grandes rivales Novak Djokovic y Roger Federer con veinte t\u00edtulos.<\/p>\n<p>El rey de la grava, Nadal, le dio pocas oportunidades a Ruud, que jug\u00f3 su primera final de Grand Slam.<br \/>Solo al comienzo del segundo set, Ruud pareci\u00f3 contraatacar rompiendo a Nadal, pero r\u00e1pidamente gan\u00f3 el servicio del noruego y gan\u00f3 el set 6-3.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de este torneo, Nadal derrot\u00f3 a Djokovic en los cuartos de final contra un cuatro sets de alta calidad.
