En B\u00e9lgica, el gremio de villanos ha aprovechado un mercado donde se pueden obtener sumas astron\u00f3micas: &#8216;cambiando&#8217; di\u00e9sel rojo por blanco y vendi\u00e9ndolo en la bomba.  El modelo de ingresos radica en la diferencia de impuestos: en el di\u00e9sel rojo (destinado a veh\u00edculos agr\u00edcolas) es de 1,7 c\u00e9ntimos por litro, en el blanco el comprador\/comerciante paga 60 c\u00e9ntimos.  Debido a esta diferencia, el beneficio aumenta r\u00e1pidamente.
