Pero no siempre ser\u00e1 as\u00ed, solo cuando est\u00e9 muy ocupado y tambi\u00e9n solo en direcci\u00f3n a Francia.  La Agencia de Carreteras y Tr\u00e1fico instala bucles de detecci\u00f3n debajo de la superficie de la carretera.<\/p>\n<p>La ciudad de Kortrijk se ha esforzado durante a\u00f1os por una reducci\u00f3n permanente a 90 por hora en ambas direcciones.  Por lo tanto, la reducci\u00f3n en una direcci\u00f3n de viaje es demasiado peque\u00f1a, dice la ciudad.  Y la gente de alrededor tampoco es muy positiva.
