En total tienen que preparar 350 kilogramos de carne en 3.5 horas. El jurado nota velocidad, precisi\u00f3n, limpieza y creatividad en los preparativos. <\/p>\n<p>La Copa Mundial no es solo una competencia, sino tambi\u00e9n una forma de poner la profesi\u00f3n de la carnicer\u00eda en el centro de atenci\u00f3n y mostrar productos innovadores.
