Esta propuesta se presentar\u00e1 a los grupos pol\u00edticos en el municipio este mes.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"e3ac93d5-0b67-4f9d-b2d6-916a4cb82192\" data-v-156d9736=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>Anteriormente, el municipio anunci\u00f3 que ten\u00eda en mente a Alting y Smalbroek para construir nuevas casas. Hasta 2030 debe haber alrededor de 630 casas nuevas en el municipio. La mayor\u00eda de esas casas se acercan a Beilen. Seg\u00fan el municipio, ambos vecindarios son los m\u00e1s prometedores, porque no es posible en otros lugares.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"039eb4ca-1cf1-426e-b6e8-4ebf1aabc2a4\" data-v-156d9736=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>Desde 2023, los municipios de SO de la Ley de Municipios (WVG) se aplica al complot que el municipio tiene en mente. Esto significa que un propietario est\u00e1 obligado a ofrecer tierras al municipio primero cuando quiere venderla. Si el municipio elige no comprar la tierra, el propietario puede vender la tierra a otra persona en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os.
