La nueva biblioteca se necesita con urgencia en este lugar, explic\u00f3 Heller hoy en la ceremonia simb\u00f3lica de inauguraci\u00f3n de un edificio de transici\u00f3n con el senador de Cultura Klaus Lederer (izquierda).  La Biblioteca Conmemorativa de Am\u00e9rica, muy utilizada, en Hallesches Tor, necesita m\u00e1s espacio.
