Hoy ha sido restaurado a su color rojo original. Esto sucedi\u00f3 bajo la direcci\u00f3n del consejo asesor del patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico. Esperan que la nueva apariencia del edificio inspire y anime a otros propietarios a hacer lo mismo. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cada vez que se solicitan obras de renovaci\u00f3n en torno a edificios patrimoniales, nos comunicamos sistem\u00e1ticamente con los propietarios. Ser\u00eda muy importante que esas plantas volvieran a estar ocupadas.
