Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting ha encontrado un nuevo club seis meses despu\u00e9s de finalizar su contrato con el FC Bayern. El delantero de 35 a\u00f1os se marcha a los New York Red Bulls de la Major League Soccer. All\u00ed fue presentado el mi\u00e9rcoles como nuevo fichaje y recibir\u00e1 un contrato por dos temporadas con opci\u00f3n a una m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

“Estamos encantados de poder incorporar a nuestra plantilla un jugador del calibre de Maxim”, afirm\u00f3 el director deportivo Jochen Schneider. “Maxim es un gran jugador, un ganador y su experiencia en las principales ligas de Europa ser\u00e1 de gran importancia para nuestro club en 2025 y m\u00e1s all\u00e1”.<\/p>\n

Choupo-Moting quiz\u00e1 conozca a su nuevo entrenador de su \u00e9poca en Mainz. En diciembre de 2023, Sandro Schwarz asumi\u00f3 el cargo en Nueva York y llev\u00f3 al club a la final del campeonato, en la que LA Galaxy (2-1) y Marco Reus resultaron vencedores. Choupo-Moting jug\u00f3 en el FSV Mainz 05 entre 2011 y 2014, y Schwarz entren\u00f3 a la sub-19 en la temporada 2013\/14. El atacante jug\u00f3 en el FCB desde 2020 hasta el verano pasado y anteriormente jug\u00f3 en seis clubes diferentes. <\/p>\n
