El viernes, la empresa matriz de las marcas Hobbs, Whistles y Phase Eight anunci\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n del minorista de ropa brit\u00e1nico White Stuff. Los detalles financieros de la transacci\u00f3n no fueron revelados.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el nuevo propietario, que pertenece al grupo minorista sudafricano The Foschini Group (TFG), White Stuff opera actualmente 113 tiendas y 46 concesiones en Gran Breta\u00f1a, as\u00ed como 6 tiendas y 25 concesiones en otros pa\u00edses europeos. En el \u00faltimo ejercicio financiero 2023\/24, que finaliz\u00f3 el 30 de abril, la marca, fundada en 1985, gener\u00f3 unas ventas de 154,8 millones de libras esterlinas (185,7 millones de euros) y un beneficio antes de intereses, impuestos, depreciaci\u00f3n y amortizaci\u00f3n (EBITDA) de 8,6 millones de libras esterlinas (10,3 millones de euros).<\/p>\n<p>Tras la adquisici\u00f3n, White Stuff seguir\u00e1 estando dirigida por el equipo directivo existente, dirigido por el director ejecutivo Jo Jenkins.
