La pasta es suculenta y suave que se derrite en la boca.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Obtienes un resultado final cremoso cuando agregas queso crema a la pasta de champi\u00f1ones.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">rebozuelo orzotto<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(para 6 personas)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">aprox 1 litro de rebozuelos<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cebolla<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">500 g de pasta orzo<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de vino blanco<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">aprox 1 litro de caldo de pollo de la fondue<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">200 g de queso crema sin sabor<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">75 g de parmesano rallado<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cucharadas de tomillo fresco (la salvia o el perejil tambi\u00e9n funcionan)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 1\/2 cucharaditas de sal<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">un poco de pimienta negra molida del molinillo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Picar la cebolla y el ajo. Rallar el parmesano. Corta los rebozuelos en pedazos. Los peque\u00f1os se pueden utilizar enteros para hacer pasta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Saltear las cebollas un rato en aceite de oliva hasta que se ablanden. A\u00f1ade los rebozuelos y sofr\u00ede un minuto m\u00e1s. Agrega el orzo a la sart\u00e9n. Revuelva y agregue el vino blanco. Agregue el caldo de pollo en algunas tandas mientras se cocina la pasta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Cuando la pasta est\u00e9 casi cocida, agregue queso crema a la pasta y mezcle hasta que quede suave. Agrega el parmesano y las hojas de tomillo. Sazone con sal y pimienta negra.
