Bluestar Alliance, propietaria de Scotch & Soda, ha anunciado que el grupo Alain Broekaert (GAB) ha adquirido nueve tiendas belgas de Scotch & Soda, incluidas las de Amberes, Gante y Brujas. Continuar\u00e1n operando como tiendas Scotch & Soda y reabrir\u00e1n en el oto\u00f1o de 2024.<\/p>\n

“Estamos muy contentos con esta adquisici\u00f3n”, afirm\u00f3 Alain Broekaert, director ejecutivo de GAB. “Scotch & Soda es una marca que resuena entre los amantes de la moda y vemos un enorme valor en continuar con la marca en B\u00e9lgica. Cada una de estas boutiques tiene un lugar especial en su ciudad y estamos decididos a mantener su presencia ic\u00f3nica y al mismo tiempo llenar dotarlos de nueva energ\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n”.<\/p>\n

El grupo belga Alain Broekaert distribuye varias marcas y colabora desde hace mucho tiempo con Scotch & Soda. Fue la fundadora de Scotch & Soda B\u00e9lgica y trabaja con la marca en B\u00e9lgica y Luxemburgo. GAB vuelve a comprometerse con la preservaci\u00f3n de la atribulada marca holandesa Scotch & Soda. El grupo no adquiri\u00f3 Scotch & Soda Retail SAS en Francia hasta mayo.<\/p>\n

El grupo Alain Broekaert (GAB) fue fundado en 1986 y fue distribuidor y minorista oficial de Tommy Hilfiger y Calvin Klein en el mercado BELUX durante m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s de Scotch & Soda, el grupo tambi\u00e9n vende marcas como Pepe Jeans, Love Stories, Karl Lagerfeld y Clarks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
