Bajo su liderazgo, se redise\u00f1\u00f3 la estructura organizativa.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n del 25 de junio, el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n acept\u00f3 la dimisi\u00f3n de Charles Beauduin como co-CEO y le confi\u00f3 el cargo de nuevo Presidente del Consejo.  Beauduin sustituye a Frank Donck, que sigue siendo miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n en calidad de director independiente.  Estos cambios entrar\u00e1n en vigor a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2024.
