El conductor de un Volkswagen Golf, un hombre de 39 a\u00f1os de Poperinge, choc\u00f3 contra el lateral de un semirremolque.  Seg\u00fan el camionero, la lluvia hizo que el asfalto estuviera muy resbaladizo y el semirremolque empez\u00f3 a patinar en direcci\u00f3n al otro carril.  En ese momento, el Volkswagen Golf se acerc\u00f3 y choc\u00f3 contra el costado del semirremolque.  Como resultado, un travesa\u00f1o de acero abri\u00f3 el lateral del Golf. <\/p>\n<p>El hombre de 39 a\u00f1os result\u00f3 gravemente herido pero consciente y fue trasladado al hospital Jan Yperman.  Su vida no corre peligro.
