Este a\u00f1o cumple sesenta a\u00f1os en activo en el circuito, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os como interventor jefe.  &#8220;El circuito TT es mi vida&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"dc2ba91a-3dda-4fb8-818e-fc0df18df964\" data-v-37f0a0af=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>&#8220;En febrero fui honrado&#8221;, dice con orgullo Everts.  &#8220;Nadie m\u00e1s en el circuito TT ha estado activo tanto tiempo como yo&#8221;.  Actualmente trabaja como inspector jefe y tambi\u00e9n trabaja en la puerta por las tardes.  Pero todo empez\u00f3 rompiendo billetes.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"33c8350a-35ce-4b78-bb44-c88ec721faf7\" data-v-37f0a0af=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>Para ello nos remontamos al a\u00f1o 1964. Everts, que entonces ten\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os, va a menudo a la crono con su padre.  No para ver las carreras, sino para ayudar.  &#8220;Ese a\u00f1o faltaban empleados. Entonces me pidieron que rompiera los billetes. Nunca me fui&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"b99fb1d0-0aa9-4805-a989-6949d0cfd180\" data-v-37f0a0af=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>Ahora tiene 75 a\u00f1os y ha ascendido hasta convertirse en contralor jefe.  Everts vivi\u00f3 innumerables momentos hermosos.  &#8220;La crono era la Semana de la Velocidad. Hab\u00eda carreras durante toda la semana. Mi padre todav\u00eda estaba vivo en ese momento. Un d\u00eda me dice: &#8216;Pronto habr\u00e1 un grupo de diez personas en sus bicicletas, socorristas. .&#8217; \u00c9l confi\u00f3. Entonces le pregunt\u00e9 a ese grupo: &#8216;\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde eres?&#8217;  &#8220;De Gieten&#8221;, dijeron. &#8220;Eso no es posible&#8221;, dije. &#8220;Porque all\u00ed no tenemos tantos primeros auxilios&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> <!----><\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"37905917-6e4f-487e-9d90-9360f29ac27c\" data-v-37f0a0af=\"\" data-v-26349d05=\"\">\n<p>&#8220;Pens\u00e9 que fue maravilloso&#8221;, se r\u00ede Everts cuando piensa en ello.  Igual que aquella vez un mec\u00e1nico quiso llevar su coche a la pista.  &#8220;El hombre dijo que ten\u00eda el ba\u00fal lleno de herramientas. Cuando le ped\u00ed que abriera el ba\u00fal, solo hab\u00eda un martillo y un tocino.
