Seg\u00fan la autoridad Consumer en Markt, las marcas de moda utilizaron descuentos ficticios en sus tiendas online, lo que no est\u00e1 permitido, seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n de la ACM.  A G-Star le costar\u00e1 unos 110.000 euros y Tommy Hilfiger recibir\u00e1 una multa de 105.500 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n de consumidores, las tiendas online ofrec\u00edan varios productos con descuentos enga\u00f1osos.  Se falsific\u00f3 un descuento y se enga\u00f1\u00f3 a los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>La ACM impone multas a un total de cinco tiendas online, que en conjunto deben pagar 621.000 euros en multas.  La pena m\u00e1s alta se impone a Day Trayders.  Esta empresa recibi\u00f3 una multa de 163.000 euros.  Las marcas de moda G-Star y Tommy Hilfiger admitieron sus errores y prometieron mejorar el ACM.  Esto result\u00f3 en multas m\u00e1s bajas.
