Debido a tr\u00e1mites, permisos rechazados e informes de impacto ambiental negativos, el sue\u00f1o se ha convertido en una aut\u00e9ntica pesadilla.<\/p>\n<p>El club quiere construir en el sitio actual del Olympia.  El primer permiso ambiental fue anulado en febrero del a\u00f1o pasado por el Consejo de Disputas de Permisos, tambi\u00e9n despu\u00e9s de protestas de la poblaci\u00f3n de la zona.
