El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado la candidatura para el nombramiento del Sr. Van &#8216;t Hek como presidente.  El nombramiento surtir\u00e1 efecto el 1 de agosto de 2024 por un per\u00edodo de cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tom van &#8216;t Hek tiene experiencia en salud, deportes, medios y el \u00e1mbito social.  Empez\u00f3 como m\u00e9dico general y en aquella \u00e9poca tambi\u00e9n era un jugador de hockey de primer nivel en la selecci\u00f3n nacional masculina de Holanda.  Tras su destacada carrera deportiva, se convirti\u00f3 en entrenador nacional de la selecci\u00f3n femenina holandesa.  El se\u00f1or Van &#8216;t Hek ha sido presentador y comentarista de programas deportivos como Radio 1 Journaal y Langs de Lijn durante 30 a\u00f1os.  Tambi\u00e9n ha sido presidente del Consejo de Supervisi\u00f3n del Fondo Juvenil para el Deporte y la Cultura y presidente de conferencias.<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo Holand\u00e9s de Deportes es un organismo asesor independiente que asesora al gobierno y a ambas C\u00e1maras de los Estados Generales sobre cuestiones pol\u00edticas y sociales relacionadas con el deporte y el ejercicio.
