En 2009, el entonces ayuntamiento concedi\u00f3 un permiso para la subdivisi\u00f3n de la parcela, pero desde entonces los mapas de inundaciones han cambiado.  Por lo tanto, el actual consejo municipal revoca la antigua decisi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe aprob\u00f3 el permiso de subdivisi\u00f3n, pero ahora hay nuevas ideas.
