Se declar\u00f3 inocente de todos los cargos ante un tribunal nacional el jueves.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Biden est\u00e1 siendo juzgado por supuestamente evadir un total de m\u00e1s de 200.000 d\u00f3lares en impuestos sobre la renta en 2017 y 2018.  Si es declarado culpable, podr\u00eda enfrentar hasta 17 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>El hijo del presidente Biden fue acusado el mes pasado por fiscales federales de California de al menos nueve delitos.  Por ejemplo, supuestamente no pag\u00f3 sus impuestos a tiempo entre 2016 y 2019 y proporcion\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n falsa en sus declaraciones de impuestos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Biden, de 53 a\u00f1os, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 siendo juzgado por posesi\u00f3n de un arma cuando no se le permit\u00eda hacerlo debido a su adicci\u00f3n a las drogas.  Supuestamente minti\u00f3 sobre su historial de drogas en el formulario de solicitud del arma.  Anteriormente se declar\u00f3 inocente de esto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Los casos contra Hunter Biden han puesto al presidente Joe Biden en una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil.  No hay pruebas que vinculen al presidente con las actividades de su hijo.
