Seg\u00fan varios medios ingleses, el club ha violado las reglas del Fair Play Financiero de la Premier League.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Seg\u00fan la normativa del Fair Play Financiero, un club puede sufrir una p\u00e9rdida m\u00e1xima de algo m\u00e1s de 119 millones de euros en un periodo de tres a\u00f1os.  Seg\u00fan las \u00faltimas cifras, Forest registra unas p\u00e9rdidas anuales de 52 millones de euros, escribe <em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/theathletic.com\/5175127\/2024\/01\/02\/nottingham-forest-ffp\/\" target=\"_blank\">El Atl\u00e9tico<\/a><\/em>.  En Nochevieja, todos los clubes de la Premier League tuvieron que presentar sus cuentas anuales de la temporada 2022\/2023.  El club de Nottingham ya gast\u00f3 esa temporada 195,25 millones de euros en el mercado de fichajes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Forest regres\u00f3 a la Premier League en 2022 despu\u00e9s de una ausencia de 23 a\u00f1os y desde entonces ha comprado 42 jugadores.  Para igualar gastos e ingresos, el Club decidi\u00f3 vender a la estrella Brennan Johnson al Tottenham Hotspur por 55 millones de euros.  La transferencia no se complet\u00f3 hasta despu\u00e9s del 30 de junio y, seg\u00fan el acuerdo, queda fuera del per\u00edodo investigado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>En conversaciones con la Asociaci\u00f3n Inglesa de F\u00fatbol, \u200b\u200bel club har\u00eda todo lo posible para explicar que luego vendi\u00f3 a Johnson para generar mayores ingresos por transferencias.  Forest sabr\u00e1 a finales de enero si la FA investigar\u00e1 el asunto.  Cualquier deducci\u00f3n de puntos deber\u00eda realizarse esta temporada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Si se acusa al Forest, ser\u00e1 s\u00f3lo el tercer club sancionado desde que se introdujeron las reglas del Fair Play Financiero.  El Manchester City fue acusado de infringir las normas en febrero de 2023, pero a\u00fan no se ha impuesto ninguna sanci\u00f3n.  El Everton fue sancionado en noviembre, con diez puntos descontados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Si el Forest recibe una penalizaci\u00f3n de puntos, esto tendr\u00e1 consecuencias importantes para el club.
