El escoc\u00e9s se vio afectado por las lesiones en 2023 y dice que se retirar\u00e1 si 2024 es igual de dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>En 2023, Murray luch\u00f3, entre otras cosas, con una lesi\u00f3n en el hombro y una rodilla magullada.  El ganador de Wimbledon de 2013 y 2016 ha ca\u00eddo al puesto 42 del ranking ATP.  El d\u00eda de A\u00f1o Nuevo, Murray inicia su vig\u00e9sima gira ATP contra Grigor Dimitrov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>&#8220;Veremos c\u00f3mo va este a\u00f1o y c\u00f3mo aguanta el cuerpo&#8221;, afirm\u00f3 el ex n\u00famero uno del mundo. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/sport\/tennis\/67852289\" target=\"_blank\">la BBC<\/a>.  &#8220;Si todo va bien, me gustar\u00eda continuar. Pero si no es as\u00ed y ya no lo disfruto, entonces podr\u00eda ser mi \u00faltimo a\u00f1o&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Murray ya hab\u00eda sufrido lesiones graves al principio de su carrera.  Se someti\u00f3 a una cirug\u00eda de cadera tanto en 2018 como en 2019 y desde entonces solo ha ganado un torneo. Pero es mentalmente dif\u00edcil.
