Los 19 candidatos compitieron en varias categor\u00edas por el t\u00edtulo de mejor imitador europeo de gritos de gaviota.  Luego, un jurado les otorg\u00f3 puntos profesionales.  Imitar el comportamiento de la gaviota les dio a los candidatos un prestigio extra.  Al final, la victoria fue para un holand\u00e9s, Reggie Laatsch.
