La mantequilla l\u00edquida es m\u00e1s saludable porque contiene menos grasas saturadas que la mantequilla dura y una cantidad relativamente alta de grasas insaturadas.\n    <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"artstyle__title \" data-element-id=\"1b5b41c9-57e0-4543-b544-26fd6c2b5ae5\">\n      <strong>Colesterol<\/strong><br \/>\n    <\/h3>\n<p class=\"artstyle__paragraph \" data-element-id=\"32c86f81-da49-4e8a-be93-bbf0baaf4779\">\n<p>      Las grasas saturadas aumentan el colesterol, mientras que las grasas insaturadas aumentan el colesterol bueno y reducen el colesterol malo. Lo mejor es elegir aceite de oliva normal o aceite de oliva virgen.  El Centro de Nutrici\u00f3n no recomienda fre\u00edr en aceite de oliva virgen extra, porque al calentar el aceite se pueden formar sustancias nocivas para la salud.
