En noviembre, la puntualidad de los trenes en nuestro pa\u00eds alcanz\u00f3 incluso un m\u00ednimo hist\u00f3rico.  La cifra de puntualidad del mes pasado fue de s\u00f3lo el 80,8 por ciento, la cifra m\u00e1s baja desde el inicio del actual sistema de medici\u00f3n.
