Van Leeuwen es responsable de cubrir temporalmente el puesto debido a la baja por maternidad de Liesje Schreinemacher. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Van Leeuwen trabaj\u00f3 anteriormente en el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores.  Trabaj\u00f3, entre otras cosas, como embajador de Holanda en Afganist\u00e1n, c\u00f3nsul general en Mumbai y director para Oriente Medio y Norte de \u00c1frica en el ministerio.
