Especialmente en Flandes y localmente tambi\u00e9n en la Alta B\u00e9lgica, todav\u00eda pueden aparecer algunas manchas de escarcha o hielo.  Se recomienda precauci\u00f3n esta ma\u00f1ana, advirti\u00f3 el RMI el jueves.
