The Smile ha anunciado su \u00e1lbum debut. A LIGHT FOR ATTRACTING ATENTION, como se llama, se lanzar\u00e1 el 13 de mayo de 2022 a trav\u00e9s de XL Recordings, inicialmente solo digitalmente. Las versiones en vinilo y CD seguir\u00e1n el 17 de junio. El disco de 13 canciones fue producido por Nigel Godrich y masterizado por Bob Ludwig. Las grabaciones estuvieron acompa\u00f1adas por instrumentos de cuerda de la Orquesta Contempor\u00e1nea de Londres y una secci\u00f3n de viento completa con m\u00fasicos de jazz brit\u00e1nicos contempor\u00e1neos, incluidos Byron Wallen, Theon y Nathaniel Cross, Chelsea Carmichael, Robert Stillman y Jason Yarde.<\/p>\n

Coincidiendo con el anuncio del \u00e1lbum, The Smile tambi\u00e9n ha lanzado un nuevo sencillo. “Free In The Knowledge” ya se present\u00f3 en vivo en diciembre de 2021. Ahora puedes escucharlo en versi\u00f3n de estudio y con un video musical de Leo Leigh.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Smile tocar\u00e1 en el Tempodrom de Berl\u00edn el 20 de mayo, presentado por Musikexpress.<\/p>\n

El tr\u00edo es un supergrupo formado por los miembros de Radiohead Thom Yorke y Jonny Greenwood y el baterista de Sons of Kemet, Tom Skinner.
