<b>Preparar:<\/b> 15 minutos. <b>Horneando:<\/b> 35 minutos. <b>Esperar:<\/b> 20 min Kcal: 290pp\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"artstyle__title artstyle__title--luxe fu--luxe\" data-element-id=\"4db0-d3f1-0304-fe7c-33f1-3f4a-da4b-abd4\">\n<p>      As\u00ed es como se hace la pavlova Airy:<br \/>\n    <\/h3>\n<p class=\"artstyle__paragraph \" data-element-id=\"4a18-705a-ca34-cf7d-e60b-1b5c-bdb0-8292\">\n<p>      Batir las claras en un recipiente limpio hasta que se formen picos firmes.  Agrega la maicena, el vinagre y la vainilla. <br \/>Agrega el az\u00facar en pizcas y contin\u00faa batiendo hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 espesa y brillante.<br \/>Corta una hoja de papel de horno m\u00e1s grande que la cesta de la freidora, para que luego puedas levantar el bizcocho por el papel.  Engrasarlo con aceite en aerosol o muy ligeramente con aceite de girasol.<br \/>Coloque una capa de espuma del tama\u00f1o del fondo de la canasta sobre la hoja de papel de hornear. <br \/>Haz una hendidura en el centro con el dorso de la cuchara, donde ir\u00e1 el relleno. <br \/>Levante con cuidado el papel de horno con el merengue y col\u00f3quelo en la cesta. <br \/>No lo hagas demasiado alto;  Pronto subir\u00e1 y no podr\u00e1s sacarlo bien. <br \/>Puede ser ligeramente superior a la mitad.<br \/>Hornear durante 35 minutos a 120\u00b0C.  Levante el caj\u00f3n de la freidora y deje que la pavlova repose en la canasta durante 20 minutos para que se enfr\u00ede.  Lev\u00e1ntelo usando el papel de hornear.  Luego d\u00e9jalo enfriar por completo, de lo contrario la nata montada se derretir\u00e1 inmediatamente.<br \/>Montar la nata antes de servir. <br \/>Con un cuchillo para panqueques, levante con cuidado la Pavlova del papel de hornear y col\u00f3quela en un plato para servir. <br \/>Divide las frambuesas encima y decora con chocolate blanco rallado.\n    <\/p>\n<div class=\"artstyle__container\" data-element-id=\"b4b1de98-b896-402c-a9f5-2de2ff008235\">\n<div class=\"artstyle__container__body\">\n<p class=\"artstyle__container__text\" data-element-id=\"5958-c2e6-ea1a-e4c6-2bab-46ca-1539-087a\">\n<p>      Estas recetas han sido probadas en una Philips XL Airfryer.  El tama\u00f1o de la cesta puede variar seg\u00fan la Airfryer, as\u00ed que tenlo en cuenta.  Una cesta m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a tiene menor capacidad, por lo que el tiempo de horneado puede ser ligeramente m\u00e1s corto de lo indicado.  En caso de duda, pruebe peri\u00f3dicamente durante el horneado.
